Helps customers improve monitoring system, handle alarms in a timely manner, and improve proactive warning and quick recovery capabilities.
Provides backup suggestions based on customer requirements and helps customers back up tasks and review the validity of existing backups.
Schedules reasonable requirements on Huawei Cloud products, including function, performance, user experience, and other product related requirements.
Assists customers in sorting their Huawei Cloud IT assets.
Provides cost analysis and suggestions on the cloud resource usage.
Provides summary reports that include customer cloud resource statuses, service support Huawei Cloud has provided for customers, and suggestions offered based on Huawei Cloud best practices.
